congratulations of graduating <3333 the internet is so proud !!!!! relating to that, do you have any hcs or ideas abt jason's relationship with edu or higher edu bcs i love the idea that he truly dreamed of college and breaking the cycle so much, and even after dying it's always something on the forefront of his mind. but what are your thoughts?
Hi!! Thank you!! This took me forever because I really had to think about it. I don't even think that I answered your question, sorry! (?)
(These themes might show in itaot, but I am trying to answer this without itaot in mind)
Okay, Jason and higher education. I think that as a kid (pre-Bruce), his school attendance was sporadic at best and on the back of his mind. It's hard to go to school when you don't have a parent that's able to take you, when you don't have a stable support system, and when you are worried about things that aren't school. So for Jason, Willis going to prison, Catherine's health, and where his next meal would come from would all be more important that trying to get to school.
post-Bruce, as Robin, I bet the lil guy loved and hated school in equal measure.
Hated, because if you've ever been behind in a class then you know how bad it sucks. Not understanding the content, feeling behind and dumb in comparison to your peers, missing foundational pieces of education all make school suck. It is impossible to have fun learning when every single homework assignment makes you feel dumb and behind.
Loved, because school is fun! learning is fun! especially when it's something that you've been denied (intentionally or not) for a long time.
So I would hope (i don't know the canon lore) that Bruce and Alfred took the time to fill in the missing foundational pieces before he started school, or put him in classes that would help bridge the gaps.
(personal hc that might show in itaot: Alfred made Jaybin practice his handwriting for months until it was neat and legible. he was not going to tolerate having an illiterate, illegible street rat in Wayne Manor)
School is a really fun experience when it's about learning and exploring curiosity and not about achieving a set of expectations. Bruce seems (i say this with love) like a parent that cares way more about the Robin/training side of things than the 'getting all As' side of things. Especially post-Dick? That man is just glad Jaybin isn't hanging off of the chandelier.
All that to say, I would like to think that his Robin-era school experience was a positive one that made him feel like a normal kid and gave him the chance to learn new stuff.
Then he died.
I would imagine that Jason didn't expect he was going to die young (at least not after he became Robin and got magic) until like, the bomb was ticking. So pre-death, I would bet that he imagined himself going to college some day. I bet he imagined growing up and becoming his own vigilante (like his aloof and reluctant but so cool big brother Nightwing). I bet he watched Dick grow up and thought, "I'll get that tall some day too."
And then he didn't. And then he....kind of did? Taller, even. But he came back different, and the kid he used to be was dead but he was still walking the earth. I would put money on Jason letting his dreams of growing up and becoming something more die with him.
And now he's alive again. He's a walking corpse. He's alive (reluctantly and despite his best efforts). He's doing what he thinks he can to help Gotham but Jason Peter Todd Wayne is dead and Jason is going to leave him in the ground.
But then he's 20 (so young) and he's Red Hood. And he's in Gotham doing his thing. And then he's 22 and he's still Red Hood and he's still in Gotham and he's still alive. And then he's 23 and he's still in Gotham and he's still alive and...fuck. Huh. Guess he really is alive, isn't he?
But Jason Todd is legally dead. So he can't go to school because dead kids cant fill out the FAFSA. He reminds himself that dead kids don't graduate and remembers that he didn't even finish high school and comes to terms with the idea that there is no way he will ever go to college (even tho it looks cool in the movies and sounds cool in the books)
But maybe he's tracking a drug dealer (or what have you) and the guy is in college. And Jason just has to follow him around (it's called being a good detective) so he...follows him to class. Because he's a detective. No other reason.
So Jason sits through a Macro Economics class 10 rows back and then watches the guy sit on his phone in the library for an hour and then follows him to a Eastern History lecture and then follows him to his dorm. And it was a good research day. Nothing else.
He definitely doesn't people watch all the kids his age. He definitely doesn't sit in the grass next to the Student Commons Building and listen in to people talking about their majors or their volleyball rec sport team or their book club or their fight with their roommate. He definitely doesn't get in line at the library coffee shop (for...research) and then pay with cash instead of a student card like the girl in front of him (because he doesn't have a student card, because he doesn't go to college, because he's dead) and he definitely doesn't come back the next day with a book and sit in the library and pretend to be a college kid (he's blending in with the civilians for research, okay?)
And eventually he gets the college kid that's been doing something wrong and the case gets closed and it's a good thing. Its a good thing that he doesn't have to waste his time at the university library and he doesn't have to go sit in the very back of a Macro Economics lecture and it's a good thing that he doesn't have to spend an hour every day sitting outside in the grass reading a book and waiting for his mark. It's a good thing.
So why does he have the itch to go to that library coffee shop (even though it's more expensive than the one just two blocks from his apartment)? And why does he want to go sit in that grassy area (a further drive than the small park down the street from his place) and why does he miss wasting an hour of precious time listening to some old guy talking about the economy?
And then it's the end of May and he sees a gaggle of kids his age in graduation gowns and he reminds himself, Dead kids don't graduate. He pushes the idea of sitting in the grass and reading a book between classes out of his head. He's dead. His future died with him. He's a living corpse and sneaking into random college classes doesn't benefit his crime-lording activities.
But if on his off days, when his calendar is suspiciously empty and the sun is out, he finds himself in the college library coffee shop (their drinks tastes different, he swears) and sits in the grass with a book in his hands, that's no one's business but his own. (And if he keeps an eye out for suspicious cases on the Gotham University campus, then that is also nobody's business.)
(and if someday, after many years of healing, he reintegrates with the bats. and if someone makes him a new, real identity without asking. and if someone sends him a fake high school transcript and a blank college application and never mentions it to his face. then maybe, maybe, he might let a dead kid try to graduate.)
((he majors in literature and gets a part time student job at the library, just because he likes being in there))

Two graduates of an Inuit-led post-secondary program — one from Baker Lake, Nunavut, and another from Nuuk, Greenland — say Nunavut Sivuniksavut gave them confidence and a chance to learn in a culturally safe environment, informed by Inuit history, experience and values.
"Literally my whole life I thought there was something wrong with me. I felt like I was dumb, I could never do my homework," said Nivi Rosing, from Nuuk, who just graduated from the one-year Inuit Studies program at Nunavut Sivuniksavut (NS).
The Ottawa-based program launched in 1985 with just two teachers and 10 students. Since then, more than 600 Inuit youth have attended. The program uses Inuit history to inform and empower students. This year, the program welcomed 57 students and now offers one- and two-year certificate programs accredited through Algonquin College, but taught at its own location on Rideau Street.
Growing up in Greenland, Rosing said colonial education had always been a problem for her.
"All the material we have in colonial institutions, I could literally not relate to them," she said. [...]

YOU WORK WITH KIDS?? can you tell us more? im an early childhood edu major and i cant wait to have more experience.. its so fulfilling
Omg omg hiiii yes I sure can!!! I actually work at the elementary school I used to go to, in a before/afterschool care program where parents can, as the name suggests, drop their kids off before or after school starts so they don't have to take the bus to or from school :) The school is K-3 and only eight minutes from my house, which is fantastic, because I most love working with younger kids and it's SO convenient!!
I work two hours mornings and three hours afternoons basically any time I can manage (though I'm cutting back this semester, since the last one was pretty grueling-- I was doing every shift I physically could, lmao). It's very straightforward: I get to interact with the kids by playing board games and cards or even drawing with them when we're in the cafeteria, or play games outside/in the gym when we do either of those! Fun fact, I arranged a pretty banger "among us" game on the playground last year, and kids who had me last year asked me specifically to facilitate it again this year!! (INCLUDING a family friend who I spent new year's with, so some of my time with friends was interrupted by first- and fourth-graders running into our room asking to be assigned crewmate or imposter, LMAO) I also do homework help and arrange crafts (mostly origami, but I like finding fun coloring pages and other stuff too!) :)))
As you can see from my rambling, I love my job soooo much ahahaha 😊😊😊 It really is so fulfilling!! My kids are so sweet and so funny and so cute, and also, I get PAID to play cards and color?? Yes please!! What experience have you had so far? Your major sounds like a dream, I wish you all the best!!!!
#CHILDCARE JOBS SWEEP BASICALLY <333#ik i'm not working full time so my enthusiasm probably seems grating or naive to people who do do it full time#(aka my mom who has the same job in the same program but as a supervisor in the complementary 4-5 school we have)#akjhskdjf but i really really do love it beyond its convenience. i've always loved kids and i have a shit ton of tutoring experience#so this job really is perfect for me!!!#my coworker this year is also in an education major (albeit for older grades) and is currently working towards experience hours as well#so i wish you luck when you get to doing that too!!!!#asks#pawphin#kay talks#what if i made a#jobposting#tag just for this LMAO

Simplify Learning with AI-Powered Support for Science and Coding Work
Simplify Learning with AI-Powered Support for Science and Coding Work
Academic pressure can escalate quickly, especially when multiple subjects demand attention at once. Students often find themselves navigating complicated topics with little time or guidance. From undefined instructions to tight deadlines, the experience can become overwhelming fast. These struggles are not symptoms of laziness or lack of ability; they're symptoms of a plan that doesn’t always match the speed or style of unique learners. Today’s students require responsive, intuitive tools that help them feel supported and capable, not further stressed or left behind in the process.
Smarter Support Through Online science assignment help
When topics like chemistry equations or biology concepts seem too dense to crack alone, online science assignment help offers a calming, guided alternative. Instead of shortcuts or copied answers, it gives students the chance to understand theories, explore visuals, and walk through explanations at their own pace. Complex ideas are made clear with language that doesn’t overwhelm. This shift from panic to clarity means learners gain more than a grade—they gain confidence. It’s an essential upgrade from traditional tutoring, designed for how today’s students actually learn and retain knowledge.
Helping Students Grasp Concepts, Not Just Memorize Answers
One of the numerous frustrating parts of schoolwork is memorizing facts without really knowing why they matter. Learners want context, relevance, and connection. Effective online science assignment help goes beyond static explanations. It engages the student with step-by-step logic, real-life examples, and diagrams that light up the process behind the answers. Rather than drilling for recall, it builds true comprehension. For struggling or distracted students, this plunging experience can be a breakthrough point, the change from thinking to knowing, from stagnant completion to committed education.
Empowering Students to Learn on Their Terms
Not every student studies well at the same time, pace, or in the same environment. Some prefer quick late-night reviews, while others need repeated visual walkthroughs. Modern learning tools acknowledge this reality by delivering support that fits each person’s habits and needs. Whether it’s mobile access on the bus or targeted help during an after-school cram session, students stay in control. This sense of autonomy encourages stronger learning habits and builds resilience. When learners feel they can manage their work, their motivation naturally increases, and their academic growth follows.
Bringing Technology Into the Learning Experience
Education doesn’t need to be stuck in the past. Tools built with AI now offer real-time, adaptive feedback and accurate guidance without waiting for a tutor or sifting through outdated videos. With innovative support, students can solve problems faster while actually improving their thinking process. This smart technology evolves with each question asked, helping learners improve with every session. It’s not just tech for tech’s sake—it’s the practical future of self-guided study, empowering learners to do more in less time without sacrificing accuracy or understanding.
Interactive and Visual Computer science homework solver
Coding can be tough when the logic doesn’t click. A computer science homework solver that visually breaks down loops, functions, and errors can be a major relief. It’s not about giving answers but helping learners see where the code fails and how to fix it. For STEM learners, these interactive diagrams and annotated lines of code help demystify the abstract. Whether it’s Java, Python, or C++, students gain insight into structure, logic, and best practices, helping them build not only working code but real understanding and skill.
Encouraging Growth in Real-world Coding Skills
As coding becomes a key skill in modern education, students need more than syntax correction—they need help forming logic, writing clean scripts, and debugging effectively. A computer science homework solver supports this by mimicking the process of a mentor reviewing their code. Rather than solving it all, it provides direction, flags inefficiencies, and explains outcomes. This process promotes problem-solving abilities and encourages independent thinking. For students juggling other subjects, it’s an efficient way to make progress in coding without getting stuck or falling behind.
Designed for Diverse Learning Styles and Needs
No two students are exactly alike. While one may be visual and quick, another might be analytical and methodical. This variety is often ignored in classrooms with fixed timelines and limited resources. Digital platforms that adapt to pace and preference offer learners a rare opportunity to learn in a way that genuinely works for them. Whether helping ESL students decode scientific terms or guiding fast learners through advanced coding logic, today’s tools make personalized education a practical reality, not a distant ideal. This level of adaptability changes how students relate to learning entirely.
Conclusion
Academic tools today must do more than answer questions—they must ease anxiety, promote understanding, and build confidence across subjects. For students needing guidance in science or coding, intelligent support systems deliver insights that foster growth rather than dependency. Whether clarifying equations or decoding algorithms, digital solutions are shaping stronger learners. Platforms like thehomework.ai/home offer this kind of support, not by replacing effort, but by amplifying it with clarity and strategy. Students aren't just surviving their assignments; they're learning how to think, apply, and succeed in the classroom and beyond.

neat school tips from a space cat who never really stopped taking classes.
stay hydrated to maintain good health and avoid headaches! staring at a screen for long hours can cause eye strain, and being dehydrated will only worsen your chances at a painful experience! i recommend getting a large reusable water bottle and filling it up at the beginning of a homework / project / study sesh, that way you don’t have to cut your groove short to refill it frequently. (these can be found pretty cheaply at grocery stores, discount stores, the dollar store…)
use calendar organizational apps like google calendar, goodnotes, or even a physical planner to keep due dates (both soon and far) in your radar. for long-term (month-long or multi-month-long) projects, break them down into micro-goals with evenly-spaced due dates so you can break them down by little chunks rather than tackling one singular behemoth.
don’t let loose papers collect at the bottom of your satchel. this is a thing that applies to literally all grades of edu (yeah, i’m looking at you, grad student with a packet wedged to the bottom of your kanken fjallraven). i recommend using per-class folders, a binder, or an accordion folder if you wanna get fancy with it.
getting literally any credit whatsoever on an assignment is so SO much better than getting a 0% on it. a 0% (when weighted with the american A-F grading system) does an insane (almost unrecoverable) amount of damage to whatever grade you have before getting that 0%. even getting a 50% (which is still an F, but what i call a “soft F”) does SO MUCH LESS DAMAGE to your overall grade and can generally be counterbalanced with a few As. any time you can resubmit work for a higher grade, always give it a shot. there’s no harm in boosting a grade even if by 1%, and it’ll help you go over subject matter a second time which is great for test prep.
reward yourself for the little things! every W is a W regardless of size, so never feel shame in treating yourself for every little victory. this doesn’t just have to be for As or 100%s either; if you REALLY struggled with a test and came out with a grade way higher than you thought it’d be, regardless of what that grade is, treasure yourself! you just defied your own expectations.
if you have per-class binders, use binder dividers to further organize your assignments. i like to separate mine by assignment type (homework vs vocab vs handouts vs returned quizzes vs notes), and sort them in chronological order. (remember to always date your assignments so you can find them easily later! this saved me SO MUCH STRESS during unit tests and midterms)
if you get stuck or need help, hunt it down!!! this can be a huntdown anywhere; i’ve had multiple situations with teachers / profs who are better audiobooks than they are educators, and often would have to go to alternative sources to get the same information in a format that makes sense to me. maybe reading from a textbook doesn’t help you absorb, but a video does? or vice versa? finding alternative ways to consume the same info in a way that best helps you learn is key to being able to survive edu, ESPECIALLY higher ed.
grammar checker sites are great for checking for general findable writing problems, but reading it aloud / reading it to someone else can be huge in catching odd-sounding or odd-reading sentences. grammarly can kinda only go so far and only does so much for free. also, websites that have (free hopefully) text-to-speech programs can be great for listening over your paper and checking for odd sentences or typos as well.

You’re looking a little sus Dedue | dimitri & saias
Dedue was a very special person in Dimitri’s life. No, perhaps one of the most important, next to his own uncle. The prince of Faerghus loved his friends - Ingrid, Sylvain and Felix - dearly, but the events in Duscur and the following rebellion made him feel like a canyon had replaced their bridges. Something felt a bit off between them at times, as if their closeness had vanished or gotten strained.
Or perhaps it was just him overthinking things, as always.
However Dedue was a different case, but not because of his status as the prince’s vassal. The man of Duscur was literally the rock keeping Dimitri’s life from falling apart- the only person he was able to save from that wretched tragedy, the only light keeping him from losing himself in a forest of darkness and death. It was a very special friendship- but it seemed that only Dimitri saw it that way, since Dedue always insisted in being his vassal rather. It was a little upsetting. He was always following the prince around, always so loyal and willing to protect him, so much that Dimitri almost didn’t know what to do to send him back to Faerghus for a moment of rest.
But well, Dedue was back in the palace now- safe, enjoying some time off his duties. He truly deserved some moments off.
A small smile couldn’t help but form in the prince’s features at the memories involving the man of Duscur, his dear friend. I hope he’s having some fun, a stray thought crossed his mind as he wandered through one of the many halls of the monastery.
It was a quiet afternoon, the building mostly empty save for the guards and clergy- some students here and there. Dimitri himself had only decided to go on a walk because he needed to get some steam off- particularly a headache that decided to form in the middle of his homework essay, now left unfinished on his desk. It would do him well to walk a little, basking in the silence and peace-
His eyes cracked wide open at a voice coming from a room nearby. He couldn’t make out the words but...the tone...
Dedue? Wha- That was Dedue’s voice! It sounded just like him- but wasn’t Dedue in the Kingdom? Did something happen, was this even real or another of his mind’s tricks?
Was Dedue okay?
Dimitri accidentally yet a little bit intentionally tore the door open with his own hands. He really only meant to twist the knob, but the rest came off with it. “Dedue-”
Greeted by someone who definitely wasn’t Dedue. Someone who didn’t even seem to be from Fódlan, actually.
“Who are you.”
Ouch, that sounded a bit too dry. “Ah- uh...I am so sorry for this sudden intrusion as well as my rudeness, you just...sound a lot like a dear friend of mine, haha!” He said, with a polite bow. “My name is Dimitri. It is great to meet you.” He kind of threw the torn off doorknob away behind him. He’d help the clergy fix the door later.

Internet, finally in my house?
It’s more likely than you think.
But fucking seriously we finally got hooked back up to the internet after a week and a half after the storms that knocked the lines down did the thing. Took a full week of calling Comcast to finally get them out to the house to even fucking LOOK at the cables to see that they were not even attached to the house anymore and that resetting the modem wouldn’t fucking do anything to fix the problem. NSA, I know you’re reading this, tell your buddies at Comcast to get their shit together, please.
I’ll probably get back to those “things I did for myself today” posts starting tomorrow because I think those have been good for me to recount the things I do for myself, but for today I’m just doing an old school blog about what I’ve been up to the last week.
Monday was my first day of classes for the semester. I missed the window to get enrolled in a particular class and had to sit on the wait-list, and since the lab-class associated with it requires concurrent or previous enrollment in that class I couldn’t even try to register with the lab class till I got added. So the first couple days was me trying with a trickle of mobile data to plead my case to get added to the class so I could also get started in the lab class... Thankfully, I was able to get added to both, so I’m in four classes (9 credit hours) this semester. Early Childhood Development, “Education in a Changing World,” the lab class for the Edu class, and intro to Psych. This is, hopefully, my last semester of my Associates’, and do I ever have my hands full. I’m pretty anxious about the Edu lab class since I’ll be working with a teacher as an assistant and since I’m aiming at elementary school, I’m just super nervous about transphobia... Kids can be tactless and sometimes cruel but they don’t really know better; its their parents I’m scared of. It’s bullshit because I feel like I can really make a difference in the world with teaching, but yeah I’m scared of parents. I guess the only way to stare that demon in the face is taking it head on. Miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.
Anyway, I was able to get in a couple days worth of homework at Rain’s mom’s house, where the internet is really pretty shitty but at least has internet, and along with getting hooked back up today I managed to get 99% of my homework done for the week by today.
Speaking of Rain, she left for Washington again this morning, stopped by briefly for a cup of coffee I made for her. I spent the night-before-last with her and a couple of the days this week with her. I’m really grateful I got to spend more time with her, more than we both expected, and I’m glad to have been able to shed the anger I had about her initially leaving. It’s all been bittersweet with the knowledge that she was still leaving town, but at least we got to do a lot of fun fooling around :P
We got a lot of packing and tidying done which is nice, we got enough cleared out of the bedroom that I have been doing small things here and there to make the space mine. This upcoming week I’m gonna move my desk and PC down and start helping my housemate Lauren move from her old room to the office to make it her new space. Lots of changes in the house but I think mostly for the better.
I guess that’s all for tonight. Good night tumbeler dot com

Long ass post
Soooooooooooo i was playing around with Incorrect quotes generator with my characters and now im surprised about how accurate it is (under the cut cause long):
Camilor: Ok, maybe playing ‘whose family is most dysfunctional’ wasn’t the best idea we’ve had. Lizie's been crying in the bathroom for an hour. We can’t get her out...
Lizie: Time for plan G.
Eliza: Don’t you mean plan B? Lizie: No, we tried plan B a long time ago. I had to skip over plan C due to technical difficulties. Wolfie: What about plan D? Lizie: Plan D was that desperate disguise attempt half an hour ago. Revi: What about plan E? Lizie: I’m hoping not to use it. Camilor dies in plan E. Colornegative parasite/Negative Wolfie: I like plan E.
'Can I copy the homework?' Lizie: I can help you with it! Eliza: Yeah, sure. Wolfie: Bold of you to assume I did the homework. Revi: lol nope. Camilor: Wait, we had homework?!?!?! Colornegative parasite/Negative Wolfie or Negative Revi: *Read 5:55pm*
Lizie: *Posts a super low-quality image to the group chat* Eliza: If I had a dollar for every pixel in this image, I’d have 15 cents Lizie: If I had a dollar for every ounce of rage I felt in my body after I read this text, I would have enough money to buy a cannon to fire at you Wolfie: Actually I did the math, Eliza would have $225, not $0.15. Eliza: Fam I’m right here.... Revi: If I had a dollar I would buy a can of soda :) Lizie: while you’re there could you buy me an apply juice please? Revi: Sorry I only have a dollar Lizie: :( Wolfie: Hey I just realized my friend is right, Eliza would have $22,500 because it's a dollar for every pixel, not a cent Revi: If I had $22,500 I would buy a can of soda and an apply juice Wolfie: You can buy anything you want with $22,500 Camilor: Yeah and they want soda and apply juice Wolfie: Apply juice to what Colornegative parasite: Directly to the forehead Eliza: Great chat everyone
Lizie: If you bite it and you die, it’s poisonous. If it bites you and you die, it’s venomous. Eliza: What if it bites me and it dies!? Wolfie: Then you’re poisonous. Jesus Christ, Eliza, learn to listen. Revi: What if it bites itself and I die? Camilor: That’s voodoo. Brandy: What if it bites me and someone else dies? Eliza: That’s correlation, not causation. Revi: What if we bite each other, and neither of us die? Camilor: That’s kinky. Lizie: Oh my God.
Athena: Are you sure this is the right direction? Ella: Certainly, I'm as sure as I am honest! Gabriella: In that case, we're definitely lost.
Eri: What do you think Edu will do for a distraction? Eve: He’ll probably, like, make a noise or throw a rock. That’s what I would do. *Building explodes and several car alarms go off* Eve: ... or he could do that.
Eve: Wake me up… Eri: Before you go go! Edu: When September ends… Ella: WAKE ME UP INSIDE-
Eve: On a scale from “damn Daniel” to “fre sha vaca do”, how are you feeling? Eri: In between “it’s an avocado, thanks” and “how did you defeat Captain America”, but as a solid answer I would say “I don’t need a degree to be a clothing hanger”. How about you, Edu? Edu: Probably “road work ahead”. Ella: I speak many languages, and this is none of them.
Solla: Croissants: dropped Hugo: Road: works ahead Alixye: BBQ sauce: on my titties Hanna: Shavacado: fre Jives: Miss Keisha: fuckin dead Penny: Penny, grumpy: I didn’t understand a single word of that and I hate every single one of you.
Solla: We need to distract these guys Hugo: Leave it to me Hugo: Centaurs have six limbs and are therefore insects. Discuss. Alixye, Hanna, and Maggi: *Immediately begin arguing* Penny, watching in horror: Oh this. I don’t like this. I don't like this at all.
Solla: Hewwo. Hugo: Hihiiiiii! Alixye: Greetings, Humans. Jives: Three kinds of people. Penny: I want pudding. Solla: Four kinds of people. Hanna: WHAT’S UP FUCKERS? Jives: Five kinds of people.
